Contract Pest Control service in Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Hailsham and Rye
Why Contract Pest Control?
With a contract pest control service, we come to you on a regular basis and monitor and check for any pest issues that might arise. Additionally, you’ll benefit from emergency call-outs, and help and advice with other pests not included in the contract (addition charges may apply).
You’ll also benefit from having direct contact with a trained technician who is just a phone call away, to offer you help and advice.
Below are a few examples of our contract pest control service, and what the charges might be. Before a price is agreed, a site survey is carried out, to make sure the price we charge is the most competitive we can make it.
Some of the factors that can affect the price include size of area to be covered, surrounding environment, extent of infestation, type of pests and complexity of the situation. However, we can provide full details once a site survey has been completed.
For every contract, we place a monitoring folder at the premises, and provide for standard and emergency call-outs. In addition, you’ll have direct contact with a technician, who will be there to answer your questions and concerns. Above all, we want you to be confident that your property is pest free, legal, and compliant with the EHO.

Case Study 1:
A retail premises that sold food for human consumption noticed that some packaging appeared to have been chewed. They called us in, and we discovered a mouse issue. We treated this, and signed them up for Contract Pest Control to control rats and mice.
We placed down monitors, and return every 4 to 6 weeks to check these. Staff know that should they see anything like before, they can call us, and we’ll be there in 24 hours.
Also, the shop had an issue with Fruit Flies. They rang us up to discuss the problem. Although not listed on the contract, we gave help and advice. On our next visit, we spent some time with the staff advising about housekeeping, and prevention methods.
Case Study 2:
The management company of a retail park needed some pest control carried out on one of their retail parks. They were keen to sign up for an ongoing contract, as they had mix retail on the property, including take-aways and food premises.
After the initial survey, we recommended some works that should be undertaken to prevent any pests from establishing themselves. Some waste had to be cleared, and we called in Cleared Wright. We also detailed where monitoring stations should be placed.
This was accepted, and we carried out the works. Whilst all the individual shops are responsible for their own pest control, they know they can call us to discuss any issues they may have. We attend every 4 to 6 weeks, and continue to look for issues, and monitor the area to ensure that pests are kept at bay.
